The Approach

I help individuals and organizations recognize their potential for social impact and how to leverage it effectively.

The Steps

  1. Define

“Impact” can mean a lot of different things in different places. Therefore, it’s critical to clarify what it means for you or your organization based on your core values and shared purpose.

2. Survey

Identify key stakeholders and map out the current ecosystem. This is crucial for understanding how your actions will influence the people and places around you.

3. Imagine

Envision the opportunities and implications of the intended “impact.” In other words, set goals. In addition to visualizing possibilities, it’s important to define what success looks like and set accountability measures.

4. Resource

Once your goals are set, it’s vital to determine the resources to succeed. This requires recognizing existing resources and/or ones that can be adapted to fit your needs. Plus, learn where to find external support when needed.

5. Share

Create a plan to talk about the "Who,” “What,” “When,” “Where,” “and “Why” of your actions. The more comfortable you feel articulating how you intend to make an impact, the more others will believe in your vision and offer support.
